LRG Clothing or Street wear, Lifted Research Group, or the Roots People; No matter what you call the unique street wear clothing brand officially known as LRG, you know L-R-G clothing is one of, if not the hottest brand from it's inception in 1999.

LRG clothing was founded in 1999 by Jonas Bevacqua and MC Robert Wright in Orange County, California. The two LRG founders met intially while collaborating Hip Hop music with Wright's crew, who was introduced by a co-worker.

Wright was an established designer and MC who wanted to create his own clothing label, who, prior to LRG, worked with various urban, hip hop, and skater clothing companies such as Quiksilver and O'neal and other private labels.

Jonas Bevacqua had an idea and the logo for the LRG clothing brand, and Wright had the resources for LRG, leading to the creation of several patterns, samples and stickers. Bevacqua received a small amount of capitol to jump start the LRG clothing brand company from his father's friends, who were in the fashion industry.

Wright and Bevacqua used the capitol to initiate a production run, and were given a booth at ASR to sell their new products. 300 pairs of pants, 4 styles of hoodies and 4 styles of shirts were sold out by noon on the very first day. The company struggled for the first 3 years, but eventually became a success, as reflected in their 7 years of business.

"At the time the market was very defined as in; you're either skate, or you're surf, or you're urban as in Hip Hop... I hate even using that term. I feel like we were the first ones to really bridge the gap between these worlds... not really on purpose either, it was more just a reflection of what Robert and I are into. We're into gear, we're into skateboarding, we're into all different kinds of music," said Jonas in an interview about LRG clothing previously.

Once LRG had doors to the public open, the streetwear brand began hiring flamboyant hip hop clothing designers that brought a refreshing sense of style to the hip hop clothing industry. The LRG brand has consistently reinvented itself and the Hip Hop clothing wolrd, staying abreast of the latest fabric and clothing manipulation possibilites.

Coming off a very busy 2005 year, the LRG clothing brand was inspired to launch a womenswear line. LRG expanded into a womens LRG fashion line known as Luxirie by LRG. The Luxirie clothing brand by LRG started off much like the original streetwear brand, finding moderate success. However, the Luxirie by LRG clothing brand grew much faster, creating a demand from women's Hip Hop and streetwear fashion culture in less than a year. Luxurie by LRG, A Labour of Love, was release in Canada first during 2006, and then in the United States during the same year.

Some of the LRG Clothing brands most demanded pieces have sold on-line for over $500. LRG Hoodies has almost built a subculture of followers that will not touch a jacket or top that is not from the streetwear brand. The LRG Dead Serious Hoody, which some call the Skeleton Hoody or the Skull Hoody, took 2007 by storm creating a fashion demand for LRG's trendsetting hoodies that was so high, hip hop clothing retailers were selling out of the hoody at prices starting around $225.

LRG track Jackets, jeans, t-shirts, polo shirts, shirts in general, the LRG sidekick, Sweaters, and Hats have all become a staple of the Hip Hop fashion world. LRG Clothing has become a fashion powerhouse in Urban, Pop, Hip Hop, and Streetwear cultures.

Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter, Roc-A-Fella executive and the world's most famous rapper, along with Roc-A-Fella C.E.O., Damon Dash, launched Rocawear clothing company in 1999. According to Dash, the hip hop clothing line was created to be a reflection of his, as well as Jay-Z's, personal style of dress. The two partners and long term friends also said launching the Rocawear line was a way to give the Urban and Hip Hop culture communities something long desired.

Shawn Carter, born on December 4th, 1969 to the home of Gloria Carter, grew up in the Marcy Project Housing section of Brooklyn. Carter, who's worldly known as "Jay Z", built a career that boasted the latest European and urban fashions, newer brands, and flawless jewelry. Hip Hop culture immediately followed Jay-Z's career from his initial impact and mocked his style of dress in all genres of music culture.

Fashionably reasonable, rumors has it that Shawn Carter derived his name Jay-Z from the slang "jazzy". Peers used to think he dressed so fly before rap, that they wanted to give him a nickname related to the word, and then the spoof of the slang, "Jay Z" was born to title Shawn Carter's stage name.

Endlessly promoting products that include Urban fashions and Hip Hop clothing in videos through consumer friendly techniques, Dame has definitely been behind the scenes putting work into Rocafella Records and Rocawear Clothing.

Since it's initial launch in 1999, Rocawear clothing has risen to new heights producing exceptional quality denim jeans, flavorful designed Rocawear Shirts and tops, as well as accessories such as Rocawear hats, Rocawear belts, Rocawear lounge wear, and Rocawear boxers. On top of those accomplishments, Rocawear Clothing also launched a women's line, a children's line, and international sites that offer exclusive Hip Hop fashion products only retailed to only certain markets.

In 2005, the Rocawear clothing company made a big change as co-founder Dame Dash sold his stake in the Hip Hop fashion brand for $22.5 million in cash. "Rocawear was my point of view, a Harlem swagger," Dash told reporters of the sale. "They gave me $30 million and 75% of Team Roc. I'm real happy with the deal. I got $22.5 million in cash and the rest in companies (like State Property, Team Roc, Pro-Keds and other entities)."

In 2007, Jay-Z also exited the Rocawear clothing company, selling the Hip Hop clothing brand for $205 million US dollars to the Iconix Brand Group. Rocawear clothing is the largest acquisition Iconix has made in its history, but expects much growth from the brands.

Shawn Jay-Z Carter will retain his stake in the operating company that manufactures all of the Rocawear men's apparel line. The mogul's two silent partners, Alex Bize and Norton Cher, will continue to run the manufacturing company for Rocawear Clothing.

Before leaving the company, Dame Dash launched the Rocawear sub-brand Team Roc. Celebrity endorsements were soon to follow the establishment of the athletic apparel brand as NFL player Larry Johnson and boxer Zab Judah were contracted to be spokes models for the brand.

8732 Clothing was founded in 2006 by the multi-platinum Atlanta rap artist Young Jeezy. Internationally known, the rapper birth named Jay Jenkins, was inspired by other artists such as Jay-Z and Sean Diddy Combs, to create his own clothing brand that caters to the new generation of youth that dress in a casual urban street wear style.

Originally named "USDA Clothing", Jeezy was forced by the United States government in September of 2006 to change the name of his Hip Hop clothing brand. He then changed the brand to 8732, which is just phone key pad code for USDA. A move similar to the favorite club of rapper Tupac Shakur, 662, the new brand name did not stop the progression of Jeezy's clothing label as it has been put in major retailers across the United States and abroad.

"The government won't let me [name the clothing line] U.S.D.A.," Young Jeezy told AllHipHop.com. "[So] what I did was, you know back in the day, you know had those little pagers? We would page people numbers for letters. 8732 is U.S.D.A."

USDA, the initial clothing brand name, stood for "United Streets and Dopeboys of America" according to various sources.

Young Jeezy's 8732 brand has sparked much controversy across the United States but the rapper still remains true to the concept of his brand representing the struggle he overcame to find his current success.
United Streets and Dopeboys of America is not to be misinterpreted as meaning the promotion of selling narcotics but for the uniting of people who do not want their whole life to be in the streets, but something better. To create a network of people who have lived a life of crime but transit into something legitimate and successful.

8732 Jeans and hoodies have become quite the trend in Urban America. Launching the brand with jeans and hoodies that started at $120, the brand has also kept some exclusivity with limited apparel release.

It turns out that Sophia Rudyeva, professional model from St. Petersburg, was photographed a while ago for US ‘Perfect 10’ magazine, an edition that publishes nude pictures of ‘all natural’ girls from all over the world. The pictures were first available to paid customers of the magazine’s online version, Komsomolskaya Pravda daily writes Monday.

However, after the girl was named Russia’s most beautiful woman, her nude photos became available for free. Then, other photographers started claiming they were in possession of Sophia's erotic photographs.

Miss Russia 2009 was unavailable for comments. She is likely to face questions about her age at the time of the erotic photo shooting: Sophia only turned 18 in November 2008.

In a similar scandal last week, Russian participant of 'World's Best Job' contest, Julia Yalovitsina, was eliminated from the contest after porn movies she had taken part in became available on Youtube.
